Holiday Festival

Each Holiday Season a theme is chosen for an adjudicated festival where gold, silver, and bronze medals are awarded for performances of one piece. The 2019 Holiday Festival will be held on Saturday, November 16, at the First United Methodist Church, 1338 East Santa Clara, in Ventura.

This year’s theme is Born in Russia. Students of any level may perform a piece by any published Russian composer.

Repertoire: one memorized piece no longer than 4 minutes according to the theme. All compositions written for the original instrument and all levels are eligible. All students are eligible to participate in this festival.

Application fee is $25.00 per student, and the application deadline is October 11, 2019.
